The zero-emission transportation industry is growing and so are the number of opportunities being released. CTE wants to help your team identify and pursue the best opportunities for achieving your zero-emission goals. To do that, we offer our members an exclusive benefit, Grant Writing as a Service, to help with assembling teams, defining work scopes and budgets, and developing proposals in response to clean transportation initiatives.

Between November 2022 – November 2023, CTE submitted 143 proposals. Of those that have been announced, we are proud to have achieved a 57% win rate.

General Pricing Tiers
Basic Projects
Generally, the shortest time period for completion (~30 days) with straightforward requirements; expected range of $5,000 - $10,000
Intermediate
Generally, longer response period (~up to 60 days) with additional requirements and possibly multiple team members; expected range of $20,000 - $50,000
Complex
Generally, the longest response period (~90 days), multiple team members included in a proposal, and a significant number of requirements necessary to prepare a responsive application; expected range of $75,000 - $200,000
