Coordination of Communications and Outreach

CTE hosted an engaging National Fuel Cell Bus Workshop (NFCBW) in coordination with the American Public Transit Association's (APTA) Annual Meeting October 3-5, 2011 in New Orleans. The 2011 Workshop was well attended by a diverse audience of industry representatives, transit agencies, research groups, planners and policy makers. CTE is planning the 2012 International Fuel Cell Bus Workshop to be held in Europe this fall. Potential partnering venues include the CHIC annual meeting in Oslo, Norway. CTE has beguncoordinating stakeholder participation and exploring session topics with international partners.

CTE recently selected Partners Marketing Group of Atlanta, GA to design and develop the International Fuel Cell Bus website. CTE and Partners commenced design work in January. The website will feature a searchable database of all fuel cell bus projects worldwide. The website will also showcase industry news, events and links to additional resources. CTE expects the website to be deployed in May 2012.
