DDJC Hydrogen Fuel Cell Pilot Program

The pilot period for the DDJC demonstration began on December 1, 2011, and is currently in progress. 

Fuel Cell Forklifts:
The Team completed GenDrive unit testing and verification successfully and has shipped the units to DDJC. The team delivered the forklifts to DDJC in August 2011 and the GenDrive units were installed on-site.  The forklifts are operational and they are providing the team with usable data.

Hydrogen Generation and Fueling System:
The hydrogen generation system has been built , tested, and shipped to DDJC.  The system was then assembled and is now functioning as part of the demonstration.   The team also coordinated training for DDJC employees to ensure safety during the pilot period.
